Canoe Cove
Canoe Cove on Story Lake is a four season cottage suited for a large family or 2 family holiday. From Swimming & canoeing in the summer to snowmobiling & skating in the winter, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Close to all amenities; grocery, liquor & beer stores. Golf course, mini putt, petting zoo and hiking trails less than 10min away.

Canoe Cove is on a 1 acre lot with lots of privacy and 170' of water frontage. Our beach is sandy with a gradual slope, the water is warm and weed free.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows: master bedroom has a queen bed, guest room has a queen bed, kids room has 2 bunk beds with single mattresses on top and double mattresses on the bottom, and 2 single mattress cots, this allows 12 to sleep comfortably.
Check in anytime after 8AM on Monday and Sunday's check-out is by 12PM.
No additional fees are applied, Wifi and Cleaning fee included. There is an exception for exceeding the allowed number of overnight guests per cottage. In the event the number of overnight guests at the property exceeds the said maximum number, the renter shall pay to the owner $100.00 per night per overnight guest over the maximum number.

Canoe Cove
Just what we Needed
When we got the address to the cottage I was a little worried. When we pulled in we instantly felt at home. The cottage was perfect for us 2 adults and 5 kids and one highly energetic lab. The views were tranquil. Things to do: we were never bored and didn't leave the property unless on the water. Story lake is a small lake that you can see in its entirety from the dock. On site there was: a canoe, single kayak, double kayak, paddle boat and a boat with an electric motor. The kids enjoyed that they could come and go in the non electric boats. They could swim for hours, jump off the dock or just lounge. They have bean bag toss, washers and many indoor games (not that we found time to be inside). The fire pit is near the water which made for nice night time fires with s'mores. There was a barbeque and ample amount of propane for cooking outside. The cottage itself: 3 bedrooms- one of which was a perfect kids room. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The cottage was clean and welcoming. There were all kinds of dishes and appliances so if you wanted to cook inside. There was a nice dining area with a big table that would have fit us all and a living room. The overall experience here for our family was just what we needed to end our summer. We will be back again next year.Canoe Cove

This is our 1st time renting Loons Landing and Canoe Cove. This is so perfect! The land is flat, the water is warm and calm. Policies
1. Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
2. Maximum Guest Policy
- In the event the number of overnight guests at the property exceeds the said maximum number, the renter shall pay to the owner $100.00 per night per overnight guest over the maximum number.
3. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not permitted inside any cottage.
- A deep cleaning charge (amount at the descretion of the owner) will apply to any renter violating this policy.
